Things You Do For Youth !

Pollution, stress, poor diet and harmful UV rays all contributes to the formation of wrinkles, brown spots and dull, sagging skin from as early as your 20s. While it is impossible to stop the passage of time, there is much you can do to prevent or at least reduce, the visible signs of ageing. Things you can do:

  • Stay out of the sun as much as possible
  • Use a good sunblock
  • Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours on a regular basis
  • Eat a well-balanced meal
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  • Exercise as often as you can

Be frank! how many of us can actually follow these rules? That is why you need that extra skin care to maintain your youthful looks.
